Product is good but the egg plastic piercer is not good. Piercer tip broke on the first attempt itself. It will be good if metal pin is provided.

Decent capacity — Can boil multiple eggs at once (usually up to 6), which is good for small households. Quick enough — For soft and medium boiled eggs, it delivers within a reasonable time. --- 👎 What could be better Overcooks sometimes — The timing can overshoot, especially for soft boiled eggs, unless you watch it. Inconsistent results — The doneness (soft, medium, hard) sometimes varies egg to egg; you might end up with slightly undercooked or overcooked eggs. Cleaning hassles — The heating plate and lid may require careful wiping; residual water/steam sometimes remains. No precise timer / digital display — It only has a mechanical switch or basic indicator. A more precise timer or display would make it more dependable. Plastic smell initially — During first few uses, there was a slight plastic smell (normal for many new appliances), which faded after several uses.
