High quality needs high patience, but worth it
If you cook and have patience, this is an AMAZING pan. You HAVE to heat it up until water beads on the surface to really get the non stick results, and on my crappy electric oven, that takes like 4 minutes, but cooking has never been smoother. Everything cooks so evenly and quickly! No weird hot/cold spots to be had! Clean up is a bit of a pain since the pan is pretty heavy and I don't have a lot of patience with upper body weight lifting, but even on the most caked on messes, hot water and steel wool gets it back in tip top shape! I took a gamble spending this much on a single pan when there are literally thousands of alternatives, but I'm so glad I did. I'm already saving up to get more sizes, even a larger one (better start weight lifting more seriously). Also, have a photo of my first time scratch baking gnocchi. Handled the broiler at 500° F like a CHAMP and clean up was super easy!

Best pot I have ever owned. Quality is unmatched!
These pans are life altering if you have an induction stove top. The quality is unmatched. They clean up better than any pot/pan I have ever owned. They cook evenly, and if used properly foods won't stick. If you do find the food sticks, they clean up easily with Bar Keepers friend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent quality.
Excellent quality. Takes a little getting used to it, but once you get used to it, it’s easy. I suggest watching a tutorial on how to cook with stainless steel.

Great quality, big pan
Great product, i have had it for about a year now. It's easy to cook food on it, and even easier to clean. The only downside is that the pan is pretty heavy but i knew that would be the case because it's really wide/big. Other than that, all good.

Hot lid handle
Like the size, weight, handle. Had a boil over of tomato soup, came off easily. The handle on the lid gets very hot quickly. I about dropped the lid, it was so hot! I’ve ordered some silicon handle wraps, hopefully that takes care of the problem.

best cookware ever
I have several pieces of this cookware, not this model but this brand. most of my pans are over 15 yrs. o ld and are input erfect shape and I love them. they are well made, cook well and clean up easy. this cookware is not cheap, made in Belgium. Worth every penny I paid for it. No coatings, no non stick just good cookware.

I Love this Pot by Demeyere!
I recently decided to upgrade all my stovetop cookware to stainless steel. Its an investment but once we learn to take care of them they are 100% worth it. The point is that teflon or non-stick cookware degrades within a couple of years and need to be replaced otherwise chemicals get into our food. With stainless steel that's never a problem. I expect this pot and my other Demeyere pans to last a lifetime. For those ready to make this investment make sure to learn how to take care of them. The worse thing you want is to spend this kind of money on cookware only to ruin them. They're not difficult to maintain and I've had their pans for couple of years before I purchased this pot. They also look beautiful sitting on the stovetop. Couldn't be happier!

I think I am going to like it.
I bought this to use with the new induction stove soon to be delivered. I haven’t cooked with it yet but I really like the handle and it being fairly light for a 5 ply. I tried the All Clad and their handle is too long and not comfortable to grip for me.
