Looks great & works great too
LOVE IT! The faucet is very good. Strong high pressure on both the spray and one stream settings. The toggle button to switch between those two options seems much more durable than my last faucet and if you push and hold the top button down it stops the stream immediately and completely. No dripping or tiny stream still running. I like the on/off, hot/cold control lever. Seems very sturdy. I guess only time will tell. The soap dispenser is a nice addition although I never use it. Old faucet had one too. So much easier to just use a bottle sitting on the edge of the sink. Also I prefer the foaming soaps and I don’t believe they’d work in these dispensers. Just liquid soaps. I like the brushed look and love the hose nozzle option. My primary requirement in my kitchen sink. The downside to this design is that the hose doesn’t always cooperate when putting it back into the “neck” fixed position. So sometimes if you pull it out several inches, when you push it back into place, the head doesn’t want to stay put. I’ve messed around with it and gotten it to stay but I’d love it if there was a snap/lock into feature that when pushed back into the neck if the faucet, it just clicked and held into place. This is not an issue with just this exact faucet but with all of the “hose” designs like this. At least that’s been my experience with the last 3 I’ve had. Otherwise I think it works great and I love the “brushed” finish. Matches my stainless steel sinks, oven and dishwasher well.

Looks Good/Works Well
Ordered Monday (38% off); arrived Wednesday; installed by a local handyman today. Replaced an 11 year old Hansgrohe and this one weighs about half of what it replaced. (The Hansgrohe was part of a kitchen remodel and cost about 4 times what this Moen did.) However, it is the function which counts. - Got black to replace brushed stainless. Looks good but it quite a change. - Installation went well and was easy for the handyman (younger and more agile than I so he was able to get under the the sink much easier than I could). Only issue & not huge is that the special tool (essentially a very long deep well socket) for tightening the nut under the sink - holds the faucet to the counter - could have been longer to facilitate the installation with a deep farmhouse sink. (Hint #1: Go to the hardware store and buy a bolt and nut to fit the non-business end of the tool, then use a socket, extension, and breaker bar (or ratchet) on that bolt/nut combination to tighten. Using the screwdriver in the holes per the instructions is not the greatest. Hint #2 (from the handyman) save that special tool for the next person. I attached mine to one of the 2x4s which support the sink with a wood screw.) - The reflex system discussed for retracting the hose is nothing more than the weight attached to the hose under the sink much like any other sprayer installation. However, the hose does have a smooth fabric outer layer so the hose does run in & out smoothly. (Make sure to screw on the plastic end cover for the threaded shaft to keep the hose from fraying.) - The sprayer head is not magnetic as some are, nor does it have any sort of notch to locate it in a particular position when docked. - The hose does seem a bit short but is adequate to spray down all corners of the big farmhouse sink. Bottom line, looks good works well (so far, only hours after install).

Superb Quality
Very easy installation, exceptional engineering, and superb quality. You absolutely, positively, can’t go wrong with a Moen faucet. Definitely worth the extra cost, buy once, cry once!

Great buy, very satisfied
This faucet works better than expected with one exception;, the spray function. Very powerful spray, too powerful as it tends to splash out of the sink, if you turn down the pressure too low it doesn't come on. Also changing from spray to stream can be difficult, most times the button goes to off and when the button is engaged again it goes back to spray. To go back to stream you have to shut the water off then turn back on. The issue with the spray would not deter me from buying this faucet again , love the design the smooth shape is easy to keep clean and the brushed surface always looks nice. The sensor function works great and the biggest surprise was that the batteries lasted about 13 months with a family of six. The install was easy took less than an hour, I am handy but not a plumber, but the instructions were easy to follow. I did not by the power pack and opted for the batteries, the power pack was $90 and I can buy a lot of batteries for that price, especially only having to replace once a year. However I did relocate the battery case so it would be very easy to access, (front side wall of the cabinet) the blue sensor light begins flashing about a month before the faucet fails to work due to weak batteries, I don't use the sensor function all the time but so glad to have it when both hands are messy. When cleaning around it takes a bit of getting used to as it can inadvertently turn on when wiping the top of the sink on the sensor side until you learn to wipe with you hand in a lower position. In a short while we learned to not turn it on accidentally, I absolutely recommend this kitchen faucet and would buy it again my overall rating should be 4.9 not 4, hope this is helpful.

Just add it to your cart already!!
If you follow the instructions then install is so easy and only takes about 30 minutes to install! You will need a second set of hands but just to hold the faucet above the sink while you tighten underneath but other than that you can do it by yourself! Removing my old one took more time than the install of this new one! It looks so good! The design is sleek, the handle is smooth, the sensor works great! Definitely a worth the price!

Moen Quality
I absolutely love this Moen Faucet. I purchased a new home which came with a small size faucet which did not do the island sink justice. By adding this Moen Essie Spot Resistant Stainless faucet, the look has totally changed and been an upgrade to my kitchen. Works great, looks great and the spotless finish is the bomb.

Great automatic faucet. Moen support is great.
Here are the positive points: Installation is relatively straight forward (for crawling around under a sink). The quick connects for the plumbing are quite easy to use and sealed up tightly. Once it was working, the faucet is great - one wave by the sensor turns the faucet on/off. It shuts off after about 2 minutes so you can't leave it on forever (that is a little inconvenient when washing up dishes after a large meal). You notice that the installation is 180 degrees off of the recommended installation, with the sensor on the right and the handle on the left. My spouse was very insistent that we find a faucet that worked with her right/left preferences. We just installed it turned around. I'm not sure you could do that with a backsplash that was close to the faucet, as now the handle goes down away from the sink. The only downside: It didn't work when we finished installation. The unit is electronically controlled (even with the handle), and we couldn't get any water to come out. The instructions were not very helpful, so after 20 minutes, we completely unplugged all the control and power cables, removed the batteries, waited 10 minutes or so, then re-installed them and it worked. Why it didn't work the first two times we did this, I have no idea. As a side note, all of the faucets in our home are Moen and their service and warranty support are great. Any leaks, or failures are addressed quickly and easily via email. Replacement parts arrive in about a week. But, you have to do the installation/repair.

Amazing
Ignore the fact I needed to redo the caulking behind the sink. This was taken right after we finished a few months ago. This faucet is awesome. It was incredibly easy to install and has long length on the hoses. The funny part was that we ran into some "oopsie" moments when we forgot to remove caps that were covering parts (I guess to keep them from breaking in the shipping process?) that prevented usage. We have an older house where the faucet was NEVER updated so we had to do some cutting/replacing of metal pipes. It isn't perfectly centered; but, it was never perfectly centered to begin with. Appreciated that this faucet has a decent sized plate to cover up extra holes in your sink. We have used this faucet over many months and it doesn't show dirt like other faucets do. It runs well. It hasn't leaked. My one gripe with it is sometimes when it is on the spray function, the stream from one of the little things is just going the entirely wrong way. I just fix it by rubbing my fingers over it and coaxing it back into the right direction. I've also experienced the oopsie of holding my finger on the top of the faucet on the stop flow button and then accidentally spraying water everywhere. That is a user error 100% of the time. I get confused on which part does the spray and which part stops the flow (because it's all one button). The soap dispenser is awesome too - you dont have to crawl under the sink to refill it, just lift up the top of the dispenser and pour directly into the bottle. Makes for easy cleaning as well.
