My computers WiFi stopped connecting so I got this.. it was easy to set up and works great.

An excellent combo Wifi/BT4 adapter when needed for older computers running Ubuntu LInux platforms such as Ubuntu, Zorin and Mint (at least newer versions). I will confirm that this DOES work (both BT and WiFi) with Mint Cinnamon 22 and 23 versions -- it is recognized immediately and does not require any driver installation (plug and play) to function properly. A cheap alternative for a failing or inoperative internal wifi/BT module -- not necessarily the fastest but at least it works well and steady connectivity. Many of the other speedier (and costlier) COMBO WiFi/BT dongles do not seem to play well with Linux due to their chipsets.

If i could provide a rating of negative stars I would. No worthwhile instructions are sent w device. Has zip files it refers you to download. Zero info on which file you are to download. Total piece of junk. Do not purchase this item. Zero customer service.

Gave an old PC WIFI and Bluetooth without having to install any internal boards. The Bluetooth part is only 4.0, but that seems to do what I need it to do. Plugged in and worked right out of the package on my Linux box.

Works well but not consistently stable. It works when it works but sometimes stops and needs to be re-plugged. Does connections but is not fast. I loved the small size. Didn't face any compatibility issues. Add a few bucks and buy the wifi 5 version.
