I'm 40 inch chest and went for L, which fits perfectly.

Can you wear a tie with it?

Not too sure.I didn’t buy it to wear with a tie. If you can fasten the top button then I don’t see a problem!!

Where are these shirts made?

Label only says Design in Italy Nowhere does it say "Made in" They are excellent quality linen though
