Excellent product and five star customer service
The product is exactly as described and really enhances our fire table. We purchased this to avoid little hands being burned by the open flame and it works perfectly. Our wind guard was missing some screws when it arrived and the East Oak staff was super responsive in sending out replacement screws promptly. They followed up with us several times regarding shipping status and to see if we were satisfied with our purchase once installed. You can’t go wrong with this product and company.
