The car seats are not new and are defective
I have bought the same car seat twice from them in the past month and both are defective and clearly not new. It is at best misleading and at worst dangerous to sell used car seats without identifying them as such. Not worth the risk especially for a safety item.

Bad Design and way too heavy
Very badly designed, unnecessarily heavy (~14kg!), difficult to install, way too easy to only partially engage the Isofix catches, no carrying handle, forward stay doesn't (drops down and gets in the way). Avoid.

Very hard to use.
Found this item very hard to move from one car to another. Another overpriced item. Bought a second car seat for half the price and just as good.
