SOL3 Quick Lifts - Height Increase Insole Shoe Lift Insert, 1 Inch Taller Elevation Heel Cushion for Men & Women

Had my hip replaced and now my one leg is longer than the other. My other hip needs to be replaced as well and the problem will be no more after I get that done but I'm the meantime these are great. I put it in the shoe of my shorter leg and now the difference is barely noticable. I put it in a running shoe and still have great heel grip wearing the shoe. You'll want to wear shoes at home just to keep your body aligned properly. I found was walking on my toes with the shorter leg to keep everything level which isn't a good idea. I've only had these for 2 days but I'm loving them so far. I can walk normally with them in my shoe and that's what's important. Plenty of cushion and I don't even notice them in my shoe besides being able to walk normally. I highly recommend them

Some of my favorite footwear have really low heels unfortunately and that makes me appear shorter than I am when I’m around people with thick heels so, I put these in my footwear that have low heels and they give my footwear that height they’re missing. I’m 6’0” barefoot.

Wish it worked for me though. The lifts are designed for narrow shoes, and I need them for work boots. I hope it helps other people though. I know your pain.

A sturdy but comfortable lift. My husband has an Achilles issue, and these provide positional support.
