Secure and safe
Easy to use straight out of the box, more importantly though secure and safe and makes it so easy to move bikes around small spaces, or spaces with multiple other bikes in!

Absolutely shocking quality
After not even a year of light use the thing is falling apart, not to mention one of the wheels doesn't even lock anymore rendering it dangerous to the motorcycle. Been back and fourth with customer service for a week and they can't even send through the email to send this video to too try and get a refund. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid like the plague
