MORINU Norinu Tofu Soft 349g (PACK OF 12)

I’ve used this tofu in so many different ways, it’s great. I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stuff but expensive.

Bought to make savoury sauces, cake toppings and stuffing jacket potatoes.

This tofu is the soft version that good for mash or mix with other ingredients. I use it to make sauces, soup, or eat it straight out of the box with maple sirup. Yup! For fry or hot pot etc. maybe better to use the firm version. Also, this tofu by Mori Nu is very good, but seems Amazon have low stock of it, as I was waiting for 3 months for this! Luckily they are introducing another brand and it's organic Clearspring Organic Ambient Tofu 300 g (Pack of 6) , as good or better. At the moment subscribing both, as one softer and one firmer

I was not expecting an empty cardboard envelope - but this is what I got! Horrified! I have 12 people coming for dinner this evening and nothing to feed them!!

I wanted to have silken tofu, and I tend to buy them in bulk, however, they didn’t have the firm or extra firm when I ordered. This is my first try at soft silken tofu and it’s not for me. It’s super watery and it has a strong soy taste that cannot be masked easily when preparing food with this, This is just my opinion though, I’m sure many people would like this, but definitely not for my taste buds :)

Love a shelf stable product. This has great flavor and many uses. It was a large package so I split it with my vegetarian daughter. Worth every penny!

I absolutely love this Tofu! I was looking for a way to get extra protein and one of my friends told me of a recipe with this extra soft tofu mixed with peanut butter... Omg it was like a peanut butter pudding. It was delicious! I was worried it would be rubbery or chunking but it was silky smooth and no lumps! Would recommend this to absolutely anyone. There is so much in one box that you will totally have enough to last you quite some time.

Silken tofu is perfect for so many things: desserts, creamy sauces and soups, smoothies -- and I love having the option to buy it in a shelf-stable form. If the price doesn't go through the roof (as everything seems to be doing), I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I love this tofu it's good for soups, desserts, lots of different things. Highly recommend if you are looking for a soft tofu. It doesn't have that strong odor that the harder tofu's have.
