I install floors for my slide business, mainly vinly and laminate. I usually just use utility knife to cut vinly floos. however, it was not easy when I just want to cut small pieces, I would have to use other saws to cut it. This is the main reason I purchase this tool to help me cut floors when I need small pieces. I've done a few cuts on the 8mm vinly floors, it was really smooth. flat edages. I would like to try on thicker laminate floor in the future. The only thing I wish this tool can do is to cut horizontally. Overall I am happy with this tool.

I don't have a table saw where I'm working, so I had to cut the tiles by just scoring and breaking them. This is SO much faster and easier. You do have to put a little muscle into it, but it really isn't bad. Nice smooth cuts!

The lack of instructions to assemble this is ridiculous. Nothing written & the video has no words so provides zero clarity on what screw goes where. I have several left over because I have no clue where they go.Once put together, it definitely didn’t work as simply as the video implies. It claims to cut up to 12mm which is what my laminate is, but it literally takes all 130# of my body weight to press the blade down hard enough to actually get the cut.

First, I'm returning this product. Crappy! Not sure why there are 4-5 Stars review here. I'd give this aa 1 Star.Secondly, I bought this because I want to finish my tile project before Thanksgiving and. now I have to return it and order another product that can cut exactly to where I want to cut. This machine wobbles when I press the handle down to cut. The piece of wood is thin and therefore the whole thing will move when cutting. You will never cut from the line exactly where I put aaa mark.Thirdly, there is no instrucccctions to assemble, I have to go on YT to check. Not sure why there were extra screws and it doesnt have any use for it. Maybe it's extra sscrews maybe, not sure.Fourth, This is expensive for it's poor design. I think the handle sshld be in the center maybe so it doesnt wobble when pressing the handle down.

Love this Cutter! Saves a lot of time and creates very little mess compared to using a table saw. This is the tool to have if you plan to lay laminate flooring. I bought a lot of types of flooring samples to test the effect, and which style is more suitable for me. The homeowner watched me put cut and install flooring and he couldn't believe how quickly the cutter worked and how smoothly the flooring went down. No dust no going outside to cut . Should have bought one a long time ago.

Is a helpful tool for ligth jobs , not very dependable.
