I Was So Mad (Little Critter) (Look-Look)

Little Critter books are reliably adorable and engaging to youngsters. Good story that is easily relatable for children. Book quality is excellent.

I really love these little critters books

I bought many of these Critter books for my son 35 years ago and I am now buying them for my 5 year old grandson. He is not really interested in learning to read but loves this " Mad" book especially! After a couple of times reading this to him he is already recognizing some of the words.

Great book about feelings for kids! Illustrations are wonderful.

I bought these Mercer Meyer books for my children and now share them with my grandchildren. I've never seen a child that didn't absolutely love these stories. Some children's books are too insipid for adults to enjoy but the Little Critter books are entertaining for adults as well as children.

My kids really like the Little Critter books so I ordered a few that we hadn’t read yet, this book being one of them. I didn’t have a problem with it until I got to the end and the book shows little critter deciding to run away because he was so mad that he wasn’t getting to do any of the things he wanted to. And then instead of him learning that that’s not a good decision, he gets distracted by his friends and says he’ll just run away tomorrow. Not my favorite ending to a children’s book. I just talked to my kids about it not being a good decision and told them some better things to try when we’re mad. The book was in good condition when it arrived, though and got here before the estimated delivery date.

This is a great book. It's quite clever in this whole series is amazing
