I am not only writing a review here I would like to thank Amazon for such a most essential First Aid Block-First. At my home, Renovation work is going on. A worker got a serious bleeding injury on his hand while he was working with tools. He asked me to urgently give him any First Aid items to stop bleeding. There was too much blood spread on the floor. Coincidentally I recently bought Block-First and that was the right time to try it. I gave the Block-First and He applied it like cotton and kept it for a few seconds. I saw that the bleeding was stopped immediately. I was surprised by the results. I'm sure if I didn't have Block-First he would have needed to go to the hospital to control the bleeding and definitely have stitches there. I had received a vinyl bag with questionable fibers which looked like the fibers from wild cotton and had seed like things dispersed throughout. Looked like it was not sterile and wasn't stored in sterile packaging either. I would never trust something like this. Better to spend a little extra and purchase actual chitosan hemostatic bandages.
