When my old dishwasher died I didn’t realise how much I needed one. After a bit of research I decided to go for this Hisense washer based on the positive reviews. I have now had it almost a year and am extremely pleased with it. It is very quiet when operating (I can only compare this to my previous dishwashers), and washes well. The number of programmes is good although I just use the rinse, 1 hour wash and cleaning cycles. The stainless steel looks good and surprisingly the door doesn’t show finger marks or smudges so I am not constantly having to buff it. Based on this purchase I will look at buying Hisense products in the future.

This is a great dishwasher. You can adjust the height of the metal drawers. It's quite quiet, easy to use and we get clean dishes all the time. The quickest setting is 30 minutes but we tend to use the hour setting as we normally have lots of dirty pans etc. Very pleased with this product and much better than our old one.

The dishwasher was delivered in its own box, it even had wooden supports in the box, so arrived mint. Very easy to install too. The programs on the quicker settings are a tad too Eco friendly though, leaving residue in cup bases on the top shelf. It does wash very well though, especially on the 2hr cycle. This machine replaced a Bosch dishwasher, that was great until it was continually breaking down.. For the price of a few spares for the Bosch machine. I was able to purchase this. Overall I am very happy with it, lots of programs, very quiet and looks good too... Great buy.

Update 20/12/25. Amazon said they can't send replacement parts, hisense don't do it!? So they sent full replacement but say they can't take mine away or fit new one without creating a separate order that I would have to pay for! so I would have to unpack it myself and get one part out to use..I can't do that as I am disabled as I told them..they said when this new one is picked up the delivery driver may take out the part for me..he said on arrival he not allowed to open it?! So they took it back. I am left with the original with a bottom panel that I have to tape on to stop it falling off. Diabolical service form both Amazon and Hisense...worst customer service I have ever received!! Original review below.... Update 14/9...still waiting for replacement bottom panel which keeps falling off. After weeks of promises by Amazon... Still nothing!! Looks good. After 2 weeks seems to work well, main reason to buy a dishwasher! I like the eco, 1/2 load modes (as a single person) and delayed start time. The extensive digital controls I like being a tech lover. It's very quiet. Cutlery Baskets inside a bit flimsy and hard to position, the lid on them keeps coming off, but don't really need those lids. Overall: Not as solid or good as my Bosch which lasted almost 28 years and would cost now twice as much as this at least, and cleaned heavily soiled pans well, but for the money, very happy. See how it goes.

We've been using this dishwasher daily now for 2 months and still can't get as much in it as our old washer. The bottom tray is very similar to all other dishwashers we've used and loads well. It's the top where mugs, cereal bowls, glasses etc. go which is just odd compared to other dishwashers. The build quality is good, it washes well and looks good. Just a shame we can't get as much of our crockery on the top tray as we've always done with other machines.

It’s a dishwasher which seems to work as well as any other dishwasher. I’m not wild about the layout of the top rack but for a relatively cheap and cheerful machine I’m happy. Needless to say the section at the bottom which decoratively covers the feet has broken off, but it gets kicked all the time so that’s not surprising. I haven’t had anything come out dirty yet!
