as a housewife with many aprons, i consider myself somewhat of a professional apron wearer (lol). my kids have been making a mess of their clothes when washing dishes, it's just part of the learning process, but i'm tired of my boys stripping down to avoid wet shirts and decided to get some aprons for them. i wanted cotton because it's absorbent and washes well. i personally prefer aprons that tie around the neck, but the options on those are all very feminine in look. i've had adjustable neck aprons before that eventually wear down and look so ugly over time, or worse they just break. the piece on these aprons is much better and feels secure. doesn't slowly loosen throughout the day, doesn't tangle on itself, it just works, and it makes all the difference in the world. my kids love them, it feels like putting on their work uniform and makes them want to preform better. the length is great, it's big on my kids (my 8 year old is the size of a 10 year old and my 10 year old is the size of a 13 year old) but not so much that it looks weird. it will grow with them nicely! had a slight chemical smell but it's fine. the pockets are great, placed in a good spot.

Good size, quality on material is good also. But didn't like the pockets. The pockets are one big pocket in the middle of the apron that has been sewn down the middle making two very small pockets. I am a woman with average size hands and it uncomfortable pockets. I ordered these aprons for the use of the pockets for a craft fair to hold money and my phone. I removed the thread that separated the two pockets now I have one bigger pocket.

I like that these are cotton but they are a stiff cotton, not a soft cotton. Also, do not wash them with towels or anything lighter because they collect lint and it’s hard to remove.

It's hard to beat these for the price. The material seems pretty good but I will say out of the box the material is very long. Not a problem if you are good at tapering and sewing, still worth the price. I keep these in a drawer so i can cycle them out with other aprons i have to keep clean. I almost took a star off because of the size but honestly for the price it's a get what you pay for situation and I'm sure i could have figured that out before i bought it with the right research. If you want a simple easy swap out set of aprons these are pretty good.

Be advised, these are not cotton at all, pure polyester. They felt like semi-firm plastic. Would not wear near heat.

Bought because of the '100% Cotton' description but received '100% Polyester' items. 100% Polyester and not 100% Cotton as described. These aprons are not safe to be used as cooking kitchen aprons. Polyester materials are not safe when used near open flame. Incorrect description.
