It comes rolled up in a box so assuming it can. Have not used it yet though.

Can the be used as a macaroon baking sheet also?

I'm so sorry, but I have not used the baking sheet for macaroons. However, it is an extremely good baking sheet and pastry can be rolled out easily, thus saving the kitchen work top etc. It rolls up easily which makes it easy to store. I also like the writing on it which helps with sizes and weight etc.
