What is the difference between the AZ60 and the AZ60M2?

The AZ60M2 hardware wise looks similar to the AZ60(k&m models) and has the same battery life, high quality audio, and app features, however the M2 supports the LDAC codec, and can connect to 3 devices at the same time, instead of 2, also the M2 also supports wireless charging of it's case.
