Fiber BLAST!
Fabulous way to get a ton of fiber each day. Mix it into your Stanley at the start of the day - add water throughout the day. Great product. Tasteless. Mixes well.

Good fiber product
A suitable substitute for my usual product. High quality contents, mixes fairly well, it does have a mildly earthy flavor to it. A bit pricier than similar products of the same quality. I’d buy it again if my usual product isn’t in stock at my local nutrition shop.

Mixes well
Goes down easy and tastes great. I mix it with warm water and add in my collagen and creatine powders.

short 5 days worth of servings
It was very hard to rate this product. As far as its efficacy as a fiber supplement it works better than any other product I've tried before. Having said that, its solubility is very poor. No matter what liquid I use, whether it is ice cold, room temp or warm, or for how long or vigorously I stir, the product will not mix in properly. It leaves many clumps and lumps. That isn't a big deal for me... I just drink them down! What really gets me angry is the misrepresentation that this is a 30 day supply (as is indicated on the label). The serving size is listed as two level scoops. I got 25 servings from the last container I ordered. I am a nurse and a science teacher, so believe me when I say I know how to measure properly. This product is expensive. It works very well, but to be so pricey, and then to be short 5 days worth of product is unacceptable. I will be measuring this new container and will report back on the serving count. Updated 4 July 2017: I changed my rating to one star because there is obviously a deliberate shortage of product. The first time I purchased this I noticed that it ran out too soon. The label says: Serving Size: two level scoops Serving Per Container: 30 I decided to carefully measure with the next container I purchased (see above review). It lasted from 5/16 to 6/9 = 25 doses. I know sometimes there are packaging errors, so I continued to count with the 3rd container. It lasted from 6/10 to 7/4 = 25 doses. Again. I will be contacting the company and asking them (or Amazon) for a refund for all three containers. To charge $41.10 for a one month supply of dietary fiber is ridiculous to begin with, but I bought it on the advice of my doctor. To charge $41.10 and then rip you off 5 days worth of product is completely unacceptable. I will also be informing my doctor to ask her to stop recommending this product until they treat their customers with integrity. Updated July 6th: This was the response from Thorne Research: "Thank you for reaching out! We’re sorry you didn’t have an excellent experience with our product, which is always our goal. At the time of manufacturing, each bottle of FiberMend is filled according to the weight of the powder listed on product label. Likewise, the Supplement Facts information is determined by the weight of one serving – according to the number of servings listed on the product label. However, by the time a powdered product, like FiberMend, gets to a customer, sometimes the powder will compact down – it “settles” – and therefore an individual scoop can vary in how much powder the scoop contains compared to when the powder was first manufactured. To maximize the consistency in the amount of powder each time you take a scoop of it, we recommend inverting the bottle a few times – you’re not “shaking” the powder, you’re just “fluffing” it – before each use. Plus, be sure to take care the powder is level with the top of the scoop." ***So basically the company tells me that in order to find an extra five day supply of product ($6.85 worth) I just need to "fluff" my fiber before each use. Never. Buying. Again.

Easy way to add fiber
Thorne FiberMend is an easy way to get more fiber in your diet. I mix a scoop in a glass of water before breakfast. Tip: mix it thoroughly and then drink it fast to avoid clumps.

Easy and effective way to add the all-important fiber to your diet
The more we learn about fiber, the more we know that we're not getting enough. I started adding a scoop of this to my daily smoothie and have been very happy with it. No tummy upset or anything weird. Just extra fiber in your diet. While we rely mostly on a healthy, whole-foods approach to eating, it can be hard to get 30-50 grams of fiber a day (esp if you eat a high-protein diet), so this little scoop of 7 grams really helps me reach my daily goals. I need to increase the timing of my subscribe and save because now that other members of my family are using it too, we've been running out! And you can really tell when you go from using it to not using it, if you know what I mean. ;)

Great product just not for me
I liked the product, no taste was able to mix with anything, however I noticed after a few days I was beginning to itch, I stopped it for a few days and the itch went away, but when I restarted it the itch came back.
