Yes, it hurts. Like heck. But it's supposed to!! This is wonderful. I can only get so deep with handheld Accupressure tools. These don't move so body weight on them gets way deep down. Build your way up, it took about 2 weeks for me to make it down the mat once. My feet, legs, hips and posture are already improved

The plastic "stones" of this mat come off easily. Several had detached during shipping. The manufacturer seems to know how easily they come off because a small packet of extras is included. While they do snap easily back into place, it seems the detached stones could be a choking hazard for pets or young children. Don't let the rounded appearance of the stones give you the impression this mat is gentle. Even used on carpet and while wearing socks you'll definitely feel it. It isn't super intense, but it isn't mild.

Will hurt like crazy when you first step on it as it is acupuncture. But very good for foot pain relief. I work a hospitality job with concrete floors so my feet are always sore

I love it. Right after I stand on it, I start to feel a bit relaxed and yea there is some pain when I step on it but once I'm on the mat it starts to feel good. When I step off it I feel like I just had a foot massage. It honestly feels great for me. Love it!!

Not worth it ! Save your money please. The material is so cheap and the pieces easily detach from the mat whether you quickly walk across the mat or you stand too long on the mat. Didn’t have a chance to take a picture or video of the quality since I quickly filed a refund the same way day I received the package.

This is pretty intense to stand on initially, but feels really good on your feet once you get used to it. Over a bit of time, it has helped to reduce my foot pain. I look forward to walking on it at least once a day now. Thank you.
