Q: How to set time they come on?

You turn them on at the time you want them to come on at and then press the number of hours you want them on for. After that they will come on everyday at that time. Hope this helps!

Q: What color is the flame/glow? I am looking for a warm white, not a yellow, gold, or orange glow.

I think the picture is pretty accurate. While color is subjective I would call it a light yellow. Definitely not orange or gold.

Q: Are these 3D bulb shaped wick or a flat thin wick, please?

It’s a flat wick with a little curve to it that sits on a wire, so when it’s on it dances on that wire. Between the light and the fact that it dances, it’s very realistic. I’ve had people thinking that I have a real candle lit up.

Q: Is the black flameless candles have a wax coating on the outside?

The black candles have a waxy appearance that looks real. Exceeded my expectations. Remember to remove the plastic wrap to reveal the waxy exterior.
