Mokobara has unique offerings in terms of the fact that their bags have great utility coupled with great design. The quality of the product is very refined. The materials and stitching are commendable. I highly recommend all Mokobara products. However, there is room for improvement in the following areas: 1: Installing feet at the bottom is a must for parking the bag safely without worrying about any damage that might be caused to your expensive laptop gear. 2: Increased drop protection can be achieved by installing a suspended laptop compartment. In 2023, for a product of this range, suspended compartments should be standard. 3: While the materials are quite refined, I wish the laptop compartment was felt lined like in other Mokobara products like the Work Backpack and the Overnighter. 4: The outer nylon material is very refined and soft to touch. However, it isn't resistant to scuffs as much as one would have wanted. 5: The zipper is nice and tactile but I urge Mokobara to consider switching to YKK Zippers. That makes the experience smoother. This product is highly recommended.

This is my second Mokobara product. Needless to say, Its a fantastic product... resilient....and great quality. Notably, the customer service and customer centricity is even better. Within a year, I had a minor product flaw and I highlighted this to the customer support team. The team acted fast on this replacing the entire product within 2 days. An excellent example in my opinion of being customer first and brand building. Kudos to the Mokobara team!!!

Parhetic servuce of this overpriced brand… they rae delivering low quality and totally different product from which shown in pictures. Also the delivered product has holes and is defective and looks cheap.
