This product is a household favorite. My grocery store occasionally has sales that beat this price, but the subscribe and save option is worth it for convenience. I sometimes wake up, wide awake, after a few hours with normal melatonin, but I don't seem to have that issue with these time-release. The taste and texture are surprisingly good, sort of like "fruit leather" if you are familiar. I wish they were sugar free. Sometimes I forget to take before brushing.

I've had problems falling asleep and staying asleep ever since I was young. As far back as I can remember, older family members have had sleep issues as well. I learned I have ADHD so it's not as bad now, but before then I tried different things marketed towards better sleep. This! This is absolutely the best product! I fell asleep fast, relaxed, and deep. Other products containing melatonin usually gave me nightmares. I did not have that problem with these. In the mornings I would be a little drowsy, but not too bad.
