SEV 22150 Natural Automatic Dishwasher Powder, Free and Clear, 45 oz. Box (Pack of 12)

I really like this. But sadly I can no longer find it at a reasonable price. It works well, and is good for the earth, and I don't feel like I am going to expose myself to toxic chemicals from washing my dishes with this.

I have used this product for years and won’t buy anything else. What I like so much about it is that it does not leave a fragrance, scent, or taste of soap on my dishes and cleans them too.

I'm trying to switch to safer chemicals in products I feel better using this product. It works just as well as finish or cascade. It dissolves fine, no problem and is easy to just pour in.

Great clean product. Doesn’t remove baked on food from dishes as well as other detergent, but I would gladly spend the extra time soaking those dishes rather than having all the harmful chemicals in other detergents. The powder dissolves easily and doesn’t leave any film on the dishes.

-My main beef with most dishwasher detergents are that they leave a STRONG fragrance - i.e. Cascade and the like. This one doesn’t at all which is awesome. -Also, EWG (Environmental Working Group) rates this product highly which is important if you are concerned about toxic products. I like to feel that there isn’t a chemical residue being left on my dishes on which I’m going to place food that’s going into my body. (BTW, EWG also recommends powders over liquids and definitely never use those pod things that are wrapped in plastic which will break down in the heat and leach onto your dishes and silverware.) -It is definitely pricey compared to your standard Cascades and such but I think it’s worth it for my health.

The best dishwasher detergent ever! My manufacturer recommended powder, so I bought this brand at my local store, it's all they had at the time and I had never heard of it, so I wasn't very hopeful. Boy was I surprised, it is phenomenal, no streaks, residue or undesolved soap. It also leaves my dishwasher sparkling clean. My local store stopped carrying this so I bought a box of Cascade, what a mess that left on my dishes, dried soap on everything. I'm so happy to have found Seventh Generation on Amazon, I will never use anything else, thank you, Debra

I really like this Seventh Generation Dishwasher Detergent Powder, Free & Clear. In my search for a non-toxic dishwasher detergent, this came up as a budget alternative. It is very efficient at washing my dishes without leaving a white residue in my stainless steel dishwasher. Before using this, I had made 2 types of diy dishwasher powder. Neither cleaned very well and both left a white powdery residue in my dishwasher. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a non-toxic dishwasher detergent that won’t break the bank!

After years dish really didn't clean well, I changed to. A big name of bland liquid detergent (to avoid microprastic pods.) But I taste and smell detergent after washed stuff, so I backwards to Seventh Generation. With dishwasher technology and improved? detergent, my glasses are clean without residue. I added a bit rinse aid as dishwasher recommended.
