My old TV unexpectedly stopped working and I was able to purchase this model for an excellent price. It has exceptional features such as Google Assistant which is great for searching for movies by genre, by a specific actor, and you can even search for movies by a theme such as post-apocalyptic movies etc. The picture is phenomenal as it is an LCD picture and is bright and crisp.. it has Bluetooth built in so I can connect my headphones for watching at night. It is easy to operate and was easy to set up. My last TV was a TCL and my smartphone is a TCL. I am very satisfied with their products

We searched high & low for a 32" high definition TV that would fit into our 28.5" wide entertainment cabinet. It came down to two choices. The first we tried had thin and unpleasant sound (no room for a sound bar,) and poor off-axis picture. Next to try was this TCL. At 28.1", it was a perfect fit. And, unlike other TVs of this size that offer simple bass & treble sound adjustments, the TCL has a multi-band graphic equalizer that enabled us to compensate for the acoustics of the built-in speakers as well as the room. Our research warned us that TVs of this size generally have crappy sound because of space constraints (and it's assumed that an external sound system will be used). So, we really are happy with the on-board sound! Thank you to the reviewers who mentioned the TCL's great audio! As for the picture, the room's field of vision is covered with a nice clear image. The range of adjustments for tweaking both sound & picture is impressive. All in all, we're thankful to TCL and highly recommend this TV! Oh, and did I mention it's a great value for the $$?!

Great Tv, love the google tv. Always been my favorite! Beautiful picture for 1080p (FHD) only Reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 star is because it’s not 4K.. but it’s Awesome and no hesitation when scrolling through the apps or settings. My last one was a Fire tv and we didn’t like it. Very slow and hesitant. But not this Tv, this TCL 32 inch google tv is the 2nd google tv we purchased for our home and we plan on purchasing 2 more for our bedrooms in the near future.

We needed a new TV in our kitchen's common area so I researched several brands and landed on this TCL 32-Inch Class S3 1080p LED Smart TV. I wasn't expecting much considering the price point but was very pleasantly surprised by what I received. It does take a few minutes to set it up do to its Google features but this is a great deal on a 32 inch smart TV. I was replacing a 3 year old Vizio and this TCL definitely wins the day. I now use mine with a 4K Roku Streaming Stick because that's just what we use on all of our sets, but I know for a fact that all of its builtin smart TV apps and features work very well as that is how I used it originally. I recommend this TV and would buy another one for sure.

This is the worst TV I've ever used. The processor is so slow, it takes 20-40 seconds to do anything like switch programs or go home. Sometimes, the buttons on the remote don't do what they're programmed to do. For instance, the Amazon Prime button turns on the TCLtv app, and then so does the home button, and literally every button just turns on TCLtv until you reboot. Other times the light on the TV will blink with remote presses, indicating it's received the signal, but nothing happens. I'll press, wait 30 seconds, nothing, press again with the little light blinking, wait 30 seconds, nothing. I guess I have to reboot again. When I turn it off while watching YouTube, the next time I turn it on, YouTube takes literally 30-60 seconds to turn on, then it said it can't connect to the Internet until I go home and then back to YouTube, basically restarting the app. Google TV as an operating system sucks, and is inferior to FireTV. There's a constant theme of needing to reboot it restart apps. The combo of poor hardware and poor operating system makes this a pass. This is an instance where you get what you pay for... too cheap.

As far as TCL brand it's really pretty good for a budget option. Fair sound quality, decent picture quality and really easy to attach to a wall mount. My issue is that it uses Google as the interface and it's crap compared to Amazon Fire TV's. There really isn't a comparison between the two. If this unit was a Fire TV I would rate it higher.

TV is great, picture is awesome, sharpness is good. Screen didn't come damaged it was perfect. It's only 32 inches but was for a teenager. Remote control is great with buttons for 4 apps on controller. TV doesn't lag, that might depend on your WIFI though. For the price you can't beat this TV

Buena resolución, tamaño adecuado, colores muy buenos. Sonido no tan fuerte pero es bueno.

Buena compra! la cambie por otra TCL de 32 pulgadas pero 720p, y si hay mucha diferencia. Aparte de contar con todas las amenidades que se esperan de la marca *Bluetooth,Android TV, 2 HDMI, audio out, Optical audio,USB A. tambien el diseno es un poco mas delgado y estetico. Uso la TV a modo de monitor y no me ha decepcionado, muy recomendable.

De inicio, el precio es bastante accesible, lo notamos en el material del dispositivo, se siente muy plástico en la parte trasera (como plástico de juguete), es de resaltar que los orificios para montar el soporte son metálicos (he visto equipos con orificios para vesa completamente plásticos); tiene un leve marco por debajo del acrílico de la pantalla, que se descubre al momento de encenderlo, aunque para mi eso no es tan relevante; tienen una buena resolución (en efecto, es full HD 1080p) y buen nivel de sonido. Me dio problemas al momento de hacer las configuraciones finales por medio de QR, por lo que tuve que concluirlas manualmente. Cuenta con las aplicaciones básicas de streaming y YouTube (en mi caso, uso más youtube que cualquier otra). Después de las primeras hora de uso, puedo decir que en general el funcionamiento del equipo parece bueno, solo el control parece fallar porque en ocasiones al dar un clic salta varias posiciones (debería ser completamente funcional), lo que aparentemente se soluciona vinculado la tv al celular para controlarla por medio de la app Google TV. Estaré actualizando mi opinión y las estrellas en unos meses para (en su caso) confirmar el buen (o mal) funcionamiento de la pantalla en el tiempo. Edit 22-09-24 Sigue funcionando adecuadamente después de 4 meses, su velocidad de respuesta sigue siendo buena, buena calidad de imagen, todo bien en general.
