The quality of the ink is really remarkable. My papers and prints have a more polished appearance as a result of the deep, rich blacks that are produced by the black ink cartridge. If I could leave zero stars, I would. These cartridges did not work in my HP printer. Not only that the cartridges came along with how to resolve error messages. Tried them and they did not help. I called the 800 number numerous times but the other line just hangs up when the call goes through do not order!

Buying ink always seems like a scam. You can never tell how much ink is in the cartridge and it is SO expensive, especially when the printers are pretty cheap. But there are a lot of warnings from the companies that make not seem like you can only use their ink. Well after another price hike in name brand ink, I decided to give this product a try. First, they are clear plastic. You can literally see the ink. Not only is this cool, but you can see it is full! Next, these are A LOT heavier than the new name brand ones. Like noticably heavier. When I put them into the printer there were a series of warning about how it wasn't genuine ink and it would not work correctly. Well I can tell you that after two weeks it is still printing fine with zero issues. This product is amazing and I will never buy "genuine" ink again. Save money and get a superior product. It's a no brainer.

I purchased this ink for my HP 8022 upon installing the cartridges magenta and black leaked all over onto my machine and myself my fingers are now a bright pink!! HP and Amazon both said it's time for new ink We'll I purchased this ink and thought great I was getting 4 colors for a great price. So I thought! Buying this ink was a huge mistake!!I Now I may have to get my printer repaired? Although it might be cheaper to but new!!

Fits in my printer perfectly! Works just as well as the HP branded ink.. but for a lower cost. I highly recommend this product. There is a warning that will pop up saying that it’s not an HP recognized cartridge after you install them, just bypass it. As far as pages being printed, I recently had to run 600 pages for a work project through this printer with these cartridges (primarily black with little color was used on these prints), as you can see, the cartridges are in tact! There are no debris in the printer from poorly made cartridges (that happened once on an old printer), these are excellent quality. No streaking or anything on prints. Absolutely love this ink.

The company has reached out to me and sent me new ink. It works with my printer now. I still wish it had been easier to get in contact with them instead of having to give a bad review. I had no problem with this ink until a few days ago when HP did an update. They don't work in my printer anymore. I tried to contact the company hoping to get a fix since I haven't even used the black ink yet. Amazon just said they could not deliver my email to the company. It seems they changed the name of the company so I'll have to spend more money so I can use my printer.

For a special project I had to get an HP OfficeJet Pro 8020. I wasn't looking forward to the expense of "Genuine HP" cartridges, but then I wondered do the people at CX INKSTORE (where I've bought Epson cartridges before) carry what I need? PROBLEM SOLVED! The cartridges arrived in safe packaging, and worked better than the OEM cartridges. You can see in the photo how consistent large areas of color are w no banding and how good the edges of the print areas are. I will be buying these again for this printer and any other HP's I acquire.
