These inserts seem to last much longer with heavy use.

I do like the design, which has you insert items from the back edge of each pocket. However, upon trying to insert my driver's license into the top pocket of the first 'page' or 'leaf', the entire page separated from the rest of the product. Two things seem to elevate the risk for this. 1. The height of the pocket is too small for a typical driver's license. REALLY? Yes, it is a super snug fit. And as more and more frequently, when asked to present my driver's license, the requestor insists it be removed from my wallet, this will be an ongoing issue. 2. I'm no expert on heat-fused-vinyl, but in examining the structure by which 7 layers of plastic are heated and pressed together, it just seems the pressure may be too great -- resulting in a very thin strip bonding the leaves together -- or the width of the melted region too narrow, resulting in incomplete fusing of the many layers. In any case, I have just 5 leaves into which I must shoehorn credit cards and I.D.s that push the envelope within the vinyl.
