Very satisfied with this full-featured PTZ camera purchased at an affordable price. It gives excellent image quality with available light, and very low noise even in low light conditions. The sturdy build quality and attractive design make it a pleasure for me to set up at conference venues for multi-camera shoots feeding HDMI signal into my ATEM extreme ISO. I had no problems using long HDMI cables (75 foot fiber optic HDMI). The IR remote is very intuitive and well laid out. The onscreen menus are logical and easy to navigate. I've been shooting on mirrorless cameras on tripods for so long I didn't fully realize the amazing convenience of PTZ cameras. This camera has shown me the light of PTZ efficiency so much so that I got a controller (which you can see in my photo) and a POE switch too. The interconnect was very straightforward and the settings for networking the controller to the PTZ camera was clearly documented in the user manual included with the camera. When I had questions about sharpness settings and the POE power consumption rating, I got immediate and very helpful response from the Tongveo / Tenveo support team. They were very knowledgable and clear. I fully recommend this camera and company -- especially if you are outfitting a studio or venue etc. for multi-cam switched production with a 1080p switcher like the ATEM mini / extreme etc. I have already recommended these cameras to a client of mine who then purchased four of them for his music production studio allowing him to sell a new service offering -- multi-camera video capture -- to his musician customers who love to document their recording sessions. How else could he provision a 4-PTZ-camera studio with an ISO recording switcher for under $3000 total? These cameras by Tongveo / Tenveo are a serious enabling technology for this use case. Since writing my review I purchased two more of these cameras and looking forward to adding them into my production studio.

We bought the camera for my church’s board and it changed everything. The TONGVEO All-in-One System Bundle is definitely not the cheapest but for the quality you’re getting, it’s worth it. The camera is strong and works well. It makes meetings better with its good picture quality and smooth movements. The best part is using the remote control which made it even more better to use. There are lots of buttons but so far, we’ve only had to use some of them and we’re learning what the other buttons do. The set up part took only a few mins so if you’re not a technical person like us, that won’t be a problem as you just need to plug it in to the computer with no additional softwares required. Overall, great choice!

The camera has very good resolution, the image is sharp, good zoom, I connected it via PoE and it works wonderfully. I can control it from a video mixer that I have through the Visca IP protocol. Good product at a good price.

I've bought a couple cameras from this company and the image quality is good for the price, but both of the cameras were defective. They ended up sending me replacements, but it was long after the dates that I needed them. I did plan on buying a few more of these in the future so all of my ptz cameras are the same model (assuming the replacements aren't also defective) but I am hesitant to trust the build quality. Customer support has been pretty good that though so... If you're going to buy one of these just get it early so that if it stops working you can contact them and get a replacment.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to after using this camera and the excellent customer service by the Tongveo team. Our non profit organization recently began hybrid classes and we needed a quality camera to help us with this. The prices for PTZ cameras can be quite alarming, but I was pleasantly surprised at the affordable prices of the Tongveo cameras. We first ordered the TONGVEO All-in-One System Bundle HD 1080P 3X Optical Zoom PTZ Camera and Bluetooth Conference Speakerphone with microphones. The camera and bluetooth speakerphone were amazing, but we needed more optical zoom for our classes, so we upgraded to the TONGVEO 20x Optical Zoom PTZ camera. Tongveo's products (based on the experience of the ones I have used so far) are properly built with a very sleek finish. The TONGVEO 20X camera came in a carefully packaged box, and shipping was quick. When I opened the box, I was very surprised at the manufacturing of the camera. It wasn't made of cheap plastic. It was properly built...solid, sturdy, durable and quite neat in its appearance. Installation and setup were a breeze. It came with the bracket, screws, wall plugs...We had ours mounted on the ceiling. No additional software was required for the installation...just connect and go. The laptop picked it up immediately, and the remote control works impressively to get the perfect picture. The TONGVEO 3X camera was amazing, but the TONGVEO 20X optical camera blew our minds with its enhanced and upgraded features. Performance wise, the 20X is a pro! The transitions are super smooth, the picture quality is A class...crystal clear and clean. The presets were also very easy to configure. I also like that this one has the option for HDMI as well. The 20X zoom feature works perfectly. The online students can now see the whiteboard as if they were present in class. The TONGVEO bluetooth speaker when paired with the TONGVEO 20x Optical Zoom PTZ Camera gives a very professional finish to our online as well as in-person classes. We upgraded to this camera for more zooming options and we have no regret whatsoever. We got much more than what we expected. I am so very pleased with this camera and all of TONGVEO's products that we have used so far. From my personal experience, they are an amazing company with very innovative and well built products. We purchased the camera for live streaming, and it comes with all the necessary accessories. The camera is sturdy and performs exceptionally well. Der erste Eindruck der Kamera war mehr als positiv. Das Design ist professionell, edel und sehr durchdacht. Besonders die Kamera mach schon vom aussehen sehr viel her. Die Einrichtung war doch recht einfach wenn m. Es mal verstanden hat. Anleitung ist leider nur auf englisch. Die Kamera lässt sich problemlos über USB2.0, HDMI oder LAN anschließen. Somit ist man hier recht flexibel bei der Verbindungauswahl. Die Kamera verfügt über einen beeindruckenden 10-fachen optischen Zoom, der es ermöglichte, auch in größeren Räumen klare und detailreiche Aufnahmen zu machen. Besonders hilfreich ist auch hierfür die v Fernbedienung. Der Zoom funktioniert reibungslos und die Bildqualität bleibt dabei auf einem hohen Niveau. Die Kamera unterstützt außerdem das Live-Streaming über IP, was eine großartige Funktion ist, um Gottesdienste in Echtzeit zu übertragen.
