These are so cute and perfect for any car party you're setting up for. The plastic hooks on the ends fit perfectly over a balloon arch support (cane rod style) and clip securely to themselves around larger posts or supports. My sons LOVED them and decided to keep some to hang in their rooms after. The material is strong enough that, so far, they've stood up to the tugging and pulling of daily play and are still going strong!

Do not pull to hard as some of the twisted parts came apart from the decoration.

The picture doesn't do justice as the setup looks much better in person. *(Also purchased the Hot Wheels Party Pack with banner, birthday banner, balloons, and cake toppers).
