Great for stress and brain fog
My chiropractor suggested these for stress/ anxiety. I took two a day. One in the am and one in the pm. I did notice a difference. I felt more calm and not as anxious. I know there are other benefits to this supplement as well like brain function which is a plus. No strong smell. The size is manageable. The dosage and strength seems reasonable and effective.
