This made a great gift. Lots of fun toys inside for tiny hands. The pen and ink holder and letter list were my favorite. The owl is soft and high quality.

it's a decent product because american girl doesn't make garbage, but honestly don't waste $70 on it. Just not worth it. It's cute and all if you just like to look at it from time to time, but not much to actually interact with.

The product dimensions tout nearly 18x15x8 inches. In reality those are centimeters! The chest is only 7 inches wide and 5 inches deep. My kids had visions of storing some of their Harry Potter accessories in this chest, but it unfortunately won’t work. Disappointing! The owl is cute and a perfect Pigwideon.
