Great tool for the job and will last a life time.
They work great and are very robust. I though I would need the larger size but only used the smaller one to remove the gland cap on a 5" Dia. 30 ton hydraulic cylinder. It came right off. It was my first time using a tool like that and I expected the worse as the cylinder looked like trouble. They're adjustable so tighten down the hinge bolt once you get the pins to line up with the gland holes and sized/spread correctly. It works much better than leaving it loose, learned that on the reassembly. Like them even more after realizing that...

Great tool
Excellent tools for the job

Does the job
Worked as it should. If you’re using this to break the cap on the cylinder loose, it is a little cumbersome if it has been repaired and the holes have damage.

Good Value
So far I have only used the small one once. I needed to reseal a small hydraulic cylinder off of my backhoe. It worked good enough. I liked it that there are different sized pins. I have several cylinders that are starting to leak around the rod so I will be giving the set a workout. The quality seems to be good. The finish is good. I believe it to be a good value for a DIYer like me.

Extremely strong tool, does its job perfectly!
I’m not usually a review writer, but this one deserves it. I had a very well stuck gland nut in a power steering rack that would not budge with the get-by tools I had on hand. I found these and used the smaller one of the set with the correct pins for the holes in my gland nut. To break this thing loose took me (a 230 pound, stronger than average guy) using a 24” 1/2” drive breaker bar and more force thru the handle that I’ve ever had to use. Finally, it broke loose. The tool and its pins are still PERFECTLY fine. And they were at an even greater disadvantage due to that I had them pushed all the way flush with the jaw on the non-working side in order for them to protrude deep enough to reach past the housing into the gland nut. For two approx. 3mm diameter pins to withstand all that pressure and be unharmed, is impressive. I’d 10/10 recommend these.

Great product! Great customer service!
I used this to remove/install the pully while changing a water pump, and it worked much better than other spanner wrenches I've used previously. It is well built, strong pins, and isn't overly bulky. I contacted the manufacturer to buy a replacement pin after dropping it into abyss under the car, and they actually offered to replace it at no charge; talk about great customer service!

Good tool for the money
Seems to be well made. Already paid for itself with 2 hydraulic cylinders I repaired

Good product
Worked like they should. Only issue is the set screws will not stay tight.
