I own 2 large dogs and when they come-in from the rain this is the best way to dry them that I have found. Works well on both short and long haired dogs. Absorbs all the water from multiple dogs and air drys quickly. It is designed with two pockets at each end of the towel for your hands which makes it easy to rub a dog down. Good design, absorbent. This is a great idea. My pups like going outdoors, they love the snow and even the rain. They usually come in soaking wet. This doggy dryer is such a good idea. So easy to use and soaks up all the moisture. It just sucks it up. I used to go through at least 2 towels each time they went out. I was forever laundering towels. This has been a time saver for me. I wait for them at the door and catch them with the towel before they have a chance to shake

This towel is smaller than I thought was needed, but with the 2 pocket ends it's easy to catch the puppy and do a rough and tumble drying after a bath. He runs about the bathroom after grabbing it but the other end makes it fun and easy to catch him and cuddle with. It doesn't have any areas of wetness after use, and it keeps the human mostly dry. The noodle fingers of the towel do pull out from the backing leaving long loops, but could be caught back with a stitch if your dog is overly interested in weaving or knitting. I wouldn't use it more than once between dog baths as puppy odour does linger. It does machine wash and dry indoors quickly (dehumidifier). I would buy one for my hair if I thought I had a chance of keeping it safe.
