Very good pan, arrived very quickly
Very good pan at a reasonable price, worked perfectly well, didn't stick, even on the fire. There is a factory anti rust coating on it which they advise you to boil water in it to remove but i found it wasn't enough and needed a scourer and an abrasive cleaner. Next time i'll try the ash and water paste trick to protect the bottom on the fire because it's a job to remove the soot. After washing i dry it 15 mins in the oven before oiling, it helps. Lemon juice removes the brown marks. It takes a little looking after which is fine as I don't use it every day. Plenty big enough size for 6, we had leftovers. Not flat enough for a ceramic hob.

Great Paella Pan, and great value!
Great Paella Pan, and great value. Simply clean with boiling soapy water for a few minutes, dry and then the important part: SEASON IT! .. to prevent it going rusty, and to also add a non-stick (/less-stick) coating. Do this using vegetable oil by browning and turning the pan in thin layers over a high heat (I used three burners simultaneously as mines a 55” pan!) and wiping off using kitchen towel. N.B. There’ll be A LOT of smoke!! The 2nd photo shows the cooked Paella (which was slowly turned/cooked over the three burners adding in the seafood towards the end), and then the 3rd shows the pan (after an all night soak on the hob) after having replenished the seasoning using the above process, but this time more selectively using one burner to ‘patch in’ & brown the areas needed. Do this after-use every time and the pan will gradually gain a better seasoned coating.

Great pan, good value. Note it will rust if you don't wipe oil on it after use.

Good, solid paella pan. I need to learn how to achieve a non stick use, and how to wash and oil it between uses. It is of a good thickness, a traditional paella dish. Very pleased.

Pan is great, delivery packaging terrible
The pan is just what I was looking for - large, great quality and should last a long time. 5 stars for the pan. 2 stars have been removed because of the packaging. The issue was Amazon and the delivery company sticking their labels to the base of the pan. The pan arrived with no packaging which is fine, however, the labels which were really hard to take off then left a sticky residue on the base of the pan which was extremely tricky to remove - took a lot of effort and trouble which was completely unnecessary. If labels have to be stuck on I suggest using the underside so the cooking area isn’t compromised.

Needs specific care and handling after each use
Great pan but requires some effort to keep in tip top condition. Follow instructions before 1st use - fill with water and bring to a rolling boil. Carefully discard the hot water and thoroughly dry I used a T Towel and kitchen paper towels. BE CAREFUL DISCARDING THE HOT WATER IS VERY TRICKY TO HANDLE AND AVOID SCALDS. Then you need to season it by rubbing a very thin coating of oil all over it inside and out (avocado oil or grapeseed oil is best). Then is ready for use. Soak for 30 mins after use the clean and always thoroughly dry and re-season pan. I always store by wrapping in brown paper and a plastic bag. I know all this is a lot of work but my pan is still in good condition after a few uses and no rust. P.S I got all these tips from research on the Internet.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY WITH THIS
Awful! It has only been used once and was cleaned and put in the store room with other spare utensils. But last week when I tried to get it out to use, this is the state! Only been used once and now needs to be thrown away. What a waste of time and money.

We cooked a seafood paella and followed a recipe for 2 people. There was enough for left overs for 1. The pan was perfect though.

Excelente producto, fuerte, resistente, asas firmes, muy buen acabado. Puedes cocinar en ella paellas hasta para 40 personas, pero utilizada a 1/3 de su capacidad, para que el arroz no tenga más de 1cm de espesor y logres el auténtico sabor de la paella y un buen socarrat... Es ideal para cocinar para unas 15 personas.... EXCELENTE PRIDUCTO...
