Q: What is the blade thickness?

the one I use is 3/4 of an inch wide.the blade is 35 thou. thick

Yes. And it makes a nice clean narrow cut.

Q: Will this fit a reliant 16 inch model wbs1603n

Double check, but when I googled your bandsaw, it looks like you need a 93 1/2 blade. Timber wolf has that size. I bought a 93 1/2 for my Rigid bandsaw and love it and is the reason I got one for my Rikon bandsaw.

Q: How does one determine is the blade is a "skip tooth" blade or not?

The teeth on a skip-tooth blade are like the teeth on a standard-tooth blade (0-degree rake) however ,every other tooth on a skip-tooth blade is removed so it has half as many teeth. Usually thin blades 3/16 to 3/8 low TPI counts
