Great job

Half the package was leaking ink when received. So far I have tried 2 of the refills and no ink coming out. What a disappointment. I found similar products so much cheaper but I thought I should trust this one since it cost so much more, nope! Update: I’ve been meaning to update my review so here it is. The seller contacted me and sent me new refills plus an extra pack. These ones have not given me trouble so far. They do work fine. Hence I’m willing to update my review. So thanks! Fair is fair.

fit was perfect

I was given a beautiful Swarovski crystal pen a few years ago for Christmas. I love the pen, and the ease of writing with it. When I last needed to replace my ink cartridges, I first purchased cartridges that did not stay in the barrel. I threw those away and purchased a more expensive package that worked perfectly. I could not find the same brand this purchase. Therefore, I purchased Mesmos Ballpoint Refills, which fortunately fit the pen very well. This is an amended review. My first blue cartridge was not that good. It did not attach as well as my first set of replacement cartridges and also would splatter additional ink, which got all over my hand (I am left-handed) as I wrote. It consequently smeared on my hand. A Mesmos representative contacted me, not to change my review, but rather and asked if they could send additional cartridges to replace the pen that "glops" as it writes. I am pleased to say that the new one did not do that, when I used it to write a note. Moreover, Mesmos sent me a full replacement of both the Black cartridges as well as the Blue cartridges that was the initial culprit. Thank you, Mesmos! When I next run out of ink (I now have a lot of cartridges and it might not be for a while), I hope you are still in business. You are very responsive.

UPDATED REVIEW : The seller has reached out an offered me a full refund, and I have tried the 2nd ink and this one is not globbing the way the first one did. The pen leaks and it does not write consistent. You get ink on your desk, your cloths and your hands from these refills. I will toss this one and try a 2nd and if any different will update, but not worth it if you dont want ink everywhere. Notice the circled areas which are globs of ink. Look at the word "Star" and the underline and see all the globs of ink.
