Does anyone know if these will shrink or stretch out some? Ordered 18-24 month and they fit but a little snug around belly, wonder if 2T is much biggE

They don't shrink much at all. Not sure if they run small, but have other 4t's and they are a bit big on him. These shorts fit perfect. He is a 3/4
