The camera I bought was broken

Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am writing to report a problem with a recent purchase I made through your website. Specifically, the camera that I received is not working properly and has caused me significant frustration and distress. The camera in question is the Acuver digital Model, which I ordered on April 24, 2023. After receiving the item, I attempted to take photos with it, but found that it is unable to capture any images. I have tried adjusting the settings, changing the batteries, and consulting the manual, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Additionally, the stress and anxiety caused by this faulty product have been detrimental to my mental health. In light of these issues, I am requesting a full refund for the camera or a replacement unit that is in proper working order.
