Item was as described. Packaging was good. Everything was well cushioned. Came with many accessories though I would also recommend buying a pull through cleaning separately. The one that came with it didn’t work very well or perhaps I am not sure how it can work. Overall very satisfied for the price. Helped me start my saxophone journey in an affordable way. I really love this saxophone. I ordered the cheapest color option, but they sent me the blue one on accident--which was awesome, because that was the color I really wanted. The mouthpiece is *not* good, so I recommend picking up a better mouthpiece. Otherwise, getting a solid alto saxophone for under $300 is rare. This horn is a cheap Chinese knock-off, but unlike so many others, it looks and plays *amazingly* well without needing to be setup by a technician. All of my horns were damaged in a home flood, and I desperately need a budget sax to keep playing gigs. This little horn paid for itself immediately.
