The capsules from momentous zinc for colonate are very small and easy to swallow, just started using this product so I have not felt the full effects but I pair it with Tongat Ali and I believe this will be effective for my future health endeavors.

I recently heard about the benefits of adding this with my momentous Tongkat ali I'm taking and man has it made a difference in how I feel. Wow. I get small amount of zinc in my ag1 every morning so I didn't think it would help that much but it has made a huge difference for me
