This Weuaste portable Apple carplay screen is my best motorcycle navigation. Compared to Garmin Zūmo XT, Tomtom, this Weuaste Portable Apple Carplay Screen is so cost -effective, the quality is very bright, the screen is bright, it is perfectly compatible with my Apple iPhone, which I can easily use it to call, listen to music and navigation. I like its navigation functions the most. With it, I no longer need a motorcycle mobile phone support, and I cannot use mobile phone navigation when it is raining. Because the mobile phone is not waterproof, this motorcycle navigation screen is very waterproof. I just tried to spray with high -pressure spray guns. it is still waterproof. Even if the screen has water droplets, I can touch it. I can touch the screen with my motorcycle gloves. This waterproof function is too powerful. This motorcycle navigation screen most amazing is its built -in Dual Bluetooth function, which is definitely the most innovative function. It paired the phone to the CarPlay touch screen through Bluetooth and paired the unit with the Bluetooth helmet/headset. My experience is: When connecting CarPlay, if your headset sounds are not good, it is not a problem with this Apple Carplay Screen. You need to disconnect the connection between the headset and the screen. Please use the headset to connect the Bluetooth of the phone. The sound quality will become very good. The sound is issued from the last device that is connected. This is very important. Try more, you will find the best effect.

There is much to like about this unit. The setup was super quick and linked both my iPhone and helmet flawlessly. I absolutely love the features of this unit! It’s perfect and exactly what I’m looking for. Unfortunately it only lasted about two months. It now comes on just fine but shuts off after only a minute or two. Making matters worse is the Amazon return/warranty period is only 30 days meaning handling the “12 month warranty” as stated in the product description is difficult. The effort of taking a motorcycle apart for a clean install is wasted as it will need to be done again. An outstanding product that needs to be made more robust. Don’t purchase!!!

I have been using an old android on my bars for the last year, but it shuts down in the heat. So got this Android Auto screen and its been great. Took my first 1000 mile trip this past week and worked great. Occasional disconnect but thats probably just interference. Connect to my Samsung phone and Sena headset. Great responsive screen, no issues with brightness but I have it mounted vertically. You can even use the sound on the device for directions. If you use a headset, make sure to turn off the built in mic in the screen. Also if you have a SENA turn off VOX. Definitely worth the price. Mount is a bit cheap and I just used my camera mounts instead. Removing the screen is easy and like the little safety screw that keeps it secure when mounted. Havent found out if there is any website to get updates to the device.

As you'll find there are many of these units across Amazon sold by many different sellers. Really makes you think twice about what's going on here. I believe these are all rip offs of the Ottocast but cannot 100% confirm. For this unit as a CarPlay unit, it works pretty well if you don't intend to connect your bluetooth headphones. I personally wanted to be able to watch my routes on the screen as I got on my preplanned rides. This did the job. It does allow to connect audio bluetooth headphones but the audio quality is pretty bad. There's also no easy way to adjust volume on the fly so this can be a problem unless you do so via Siri maybe? Either way the quality was crap if you intend it for music so I do not recommend this for that. Otherwise the unit does host CarPlay and does so pretty well. Smooth and works with the motorcycle gloves on. I think around 160 would be more of a fair price but it does at least come with all the mounting hardware.

I installed this Apple Play Screen on my BMW R1200RT motorcycle several weeks ago. The installation was fairly easy but I am a former auto electric mechanic. The screen is very bright and readable under full sun. It has held up perfectly under vibration and moisture. Once I figured out the best scenario is to pair my Sena headset to my IPhone, then pair the IPhone to the screen, it functions seamlessly without intervention. Everything syncs up when I turn the ignition on within 15 seconds. I can play and select my favorite songs using Amazon Music from the screen. I put the IPhone in my jacket pocket or in a compartment on the motorcycle. For the price, I don’t think you can get anything better.

Used this for a little over a year on my bike. The screen size is fine. The touch screen was decent, but wish it was a little more sensitive with moto gloves on. Quality is where I have an issue. After one year it frequently was losing communication with the phone or my helmet and I'd have to unplug from the USB port and plug it back in. Middle of my rides sometimes when I have GPS running and....ope....it loses the android auto connection and GPS is gone. Getting this set up initially was a bit of a pain. It needs to set up a local Wifi connection to your phone for the wireless AA/ACP. Recently replaced this with something else. I suppose I should have expected this performance as this appears to be a copy of a copy.

Very hard to explain but not even sure the root causes but always something keeping it from playing. Either it does not connect or will not reconnect or quits playing when I turn something else on. Everytime I go to use it there is an issue. Mainly with the music. GPS is not bad when connected but even with everything turn up you cannot hear the voice navigation. Had it too long to return it or I would have, I just keep trying

Al principio tenía problemas pues se me desconectaba mucho el celular de este aparato. Me contacte con el fabricante y me mando un link para actualizar el sistema de la pantalla esta. Hay que hacerlo con una micro SD formateada.

ACTUALIZACIÓN 5 meses de uso. Últimamente he tenido problemas con el dispositivo, se desconecta mucho en movimiento, se reinicia, se apaga, y por si fuera poco últimamente se desconfígura solo, no reconoce el celular y se desconecta de las bocinas Bluetooth. Este último mes ha sido un dolor de cabeza. Es un excelente producto. Trae todo lo necesario para instalarlo y sujetarlo. En mi caso use el cable que va directo a usb, mi moto tiene salida para celular a si que no modifique cables. Se conecta rápido al CarPlay. Básicamente es un espejo de tu celular, muy rápido, suficiente brillo para el día, y se conecta a bocinas extra. Lo instale en 5 minutos, solo recomiendo no hacer mucha presión a las piezas, yo rompí una y termine montándola de otra opción que venia.
