Q: 2016 Ford escape with hubcaps. Will these lug nuts keep the hubcaps on place?

not sure about retaining hub caps , my 2017 Expedition has 20" aluminum rims . . . no hubcaps. all the hubcaps that I have ever dealt with were snap in place on steel wheels.
