I did a lot of research before buying this one. I wanted something that can support the bag and be sturdy, but also easy to mount. This hanger fit in one stud, so you do not need to do any extra steps, the bolts are good quality, and it is adjustable. Exactly what I wanted.

For the price this is a 5 star product. I installed it on my power rack holding a 60lb bag. No issue at all. Strong and stable.

My 16 year old and his friend installed this from a roof rafter within minutes. It was easily attached to the bag and they were punching in no time. There are a few complaints, though, hence the 4 stars. 1. The screw to anchor the swivel joint can only be anchored one way and that does not work when you're hanging from an angled rafter. Not a big deal since my 45° rafter doesn't allow it to spin anyway. But something to keep in mind if you're installing at an angle. 2. The bolt that holds the first carabiner is very long. So the carabiner has about 3/4" travel right and left on the bolt, which can be annoying since it would make noise and probably also destroy the carabiner over time. I used some spacers that came with my TV wall mounts combined with some rubber toilet seat washers to remove the slack. You can probably use toilet seat bolt washers alone but I didn't have enough. Anyway, nothing some cheap rubber washers couldn't fix but still a little annoying. 3. The carabiners and the chains don't feel very heavy duty. Our bag is a small punching bag but if you have a full size, not sure how well this would hold up. Probably be fine but it just doesn't feel very beefy. Even with those caveats, this is a good purchase.

After looking at all the options and knowing I needed whatever it takes to hang a punching bag I went with this one and perfect choice for a great price it is all there what you need is what u will get . Easy install if u have a drill. You gotta gave a bit of knowledge however as far as to where to hang a bag thinking about the weight of it and keeping it hung without falling. Super simple if you have open ceiling as then just drill 2 pilot holes and use impact drill to sink the supplied lag bolts. If you have a drywall ceiling still easy but I would recommend purchasing a 2x4 or 2x6t to either secure above ceiling or below by simply sinking screws into as many studs possible the length of your wood then just lag bolt your mount to that newly added wood.

This is very sturdy and a great solution to having a heavy bag if you want to be able to have true movement around it and not trip over the base. It will also work with Muay Thai bags if you hang it higher. it is absolutely solid on the wall, just make sure that you screw that bag holder part on properly so that the screw doesn't come back out! If you can drill into studs in your home this is definitely better than the traditional heavy bag holder with the two legs.
