Durability
I am disabled. I walk every day to the gym weather permitimg when it's bad weather out, I stay home. It came across these resistant bands, and the quality of them were excellent. They were definitely functional. They were very easy to use the workout effect in this was great and they were just right for a guy, my size. I highly recommend these it comes with a workout sheet which is very helpful again. I truly recommend these

Reliable and Super For Exercise
I LOVE these bands, plus the price is right on! If you are new to working out and lifting actual weights stress you out, give these a try. Start with the lowest band (10 lbs) and work up. Start with 10-13 reps at 3 times through. And then when it becomes easy, graduate to the next weight up, still using the reps cycle. I use these in the water mostly, but you can use them in your home as well. There are different hand holders, all are traditional. There is even a door stop holder to use with your door shut to support. These will definitely get you going. Please keep in mind with starting any exercise program, go slowly with the lowest weight first. And check with your Doctor to make certain you are able to exercise.

Good, inexpensive exercise bands
Good set of bands but the listed weight on each band is less than what you’d feel with real weights.

WORK OUT NO MORE EXCUSES
I work 56HRS a week and even with a PLANET FITNESS Membership I miss gym sessions because of working overtime, or because iam to tired. These bands allow me to workout at work and at home for short sessions and keep my muscles toned so when I do make it to the Gym I can maintain my strength levels.

Lots of options
These bands feel very sturdy. I was a little nervous at first, the price was pretty low for how many you get. But they feel nice. They can be used separately or combined for more resistance. My boyfriend is on the tall side the length off these bands were perfect for him. All in all great purchase.

Be aware
Wikday resistance rubber bands.Be aware I just had the band snap out of the nylon strap on the 50 lbs luckily no one hurt just a very loud noise when it hit the floor Now a little weiry made repair with glue and zipstrips
