Thank you Amazon, one of the most trusted and best shopping platforms for the smooth delivery of this amazing printer 🤩😍🙏 Thank you to all the customer care representatives as well for their continuous help and support. Thank you to the seller as well. The printer is amazing. It's colour printing is way above any other printer in the market. Installation is a bit tedious work without support but still quite easy once you know the process of installation. WiFi connectivity is a bit of okay and can do your job in most cases. Printing speed is okay as well. The printer is looking rich in quality and build-up. Thank you.

Do not buy this product.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Customer support is AWFUL. The printer is constantly having paper jams and issues in which I need to reboot the whole printer (says it's low on ink when it's not; says there's a paper jam when it's been cleared). Connectivity via bluetooth or wifi is absolutely horrific. I had to buy a special cord to have it attach to my computer. If you want to have a headache and loads of frustration, then buy this printer, otherwise AVOID!

Nice product
Printer is very good. And one more thing that I should say is that the service of canon is extremely good. The day when the product was delivered at my house on that day itself the installation was done by canon. Print speed is ok rather I will say it is little slow, print quality is good and is a value for money product for me as I got the product at ₹10499 only with 2years of warranty. But one thing I should definitely mention is that the time taken by Amazon to deliver the product at my home is around 8to9 days from the date of order. So I think amazon should work on it so that the delivery time is reduced.
