I was very pleased to figure out that I could use this with the squat rack at my gym. There are no usable doors at the gym, and my doors at home are pretty flimsy. All you need to do is take the handle off the strap, pass the strap under the rack, put the handle back on and pass the end of the strap under the rack again. This sounds complicated, but I am strap/spatially challenged and I can now do it quickly after watching the youtube videos on how the pieces fit together. If you just want to use it on a door, don't worry because it comes assembled. The components are much beefier than a typical under-door nordic strap, and those can't be used under a rack. Materials are very high quality and I like the fact that you can take them apart and get a set of handles and a set of ankle straps. This also sets the product apart from normal nordic strap. Do not expect to get these and do full nordics right away---you need to start with regressions of all kinds, which you can find online. I typically use the ankle straps to do some light hamster (yes, that is what I call them) curls with a band, and then I do some nordic regressions with holds, roll-outs, hip hinging or crawling out horizontally with hands. At almost 60 years old, I doubt I will ever do a real nordic, but these straps are quite stable and I can feel the good they do for the glutes and hamsters, and back pain relief.. This is a quality product. Comes with carry bag.

I ordered these straps after previously ordering hanging raises straps from the same company. I was impressed with that product so trying this one seemed a natural next step. I was looking for a way to do Nordic Curls/Glute Ham Raises comfortably at home and even at the gym because most gyms don't have a GHR machine and even if they do, they don't really fit for very tall people and can be difficult and cumbersome to adjust. Happy to say, I put these to the test today at home under a door and they worked fantastically! The straps are comfortable, they don't dig into the ankles and I felt very secure executing a Nordic curl with these. I've even used a traditional GHR machine at several gyms before and I honestly don't find them to be easy to adjust and find the right fit. So these are a godsend! I've only tried them at home but I'll be bringing them with me to the gym and trying them out under the legs of a bench, as the company tells me I should be able to do with no problem. So far, two products from this company and both are top notch! Also I should add, absolutely AMAZING customer service! 😊👍

This is a great piece of equipment. However, they need to have better video guidance on how to use it. Once you discover how to use it, you should be good to go.

I am just starting with Nordic hamstring curls - not easy. I had one of the standard single-bar foam roller types that was uncomfortable, making it difficult to do the hamstring curls. I purchased these from Vikingstrength and what a difference. After a little fiddling to get them just right on my heels - wow what a difference. They keep you locked in and are very comfortable on your heels. It's nice to be able to set my feet where I want them (close or seperated). I think these are really going to help in my hamstring training. I also like the fact that I can use them with my bands for other leg exercises. Very high quality product and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pair.

Arrived on time and as described.

Overall the product is well made, strong, and comfortable. The flexible design allows it to perform three different functions. It does all three well, but one draw back is that the strap setup can be a bit frustrating. I'm smaller than average, so I had to turn the strap over and double it back over the support in order for it to be tight enough. It took a little patience, but with some trial and error I figured it out; now it's easier to use.

More comfortable and sturdy than the typical under door Hamstring bars but is offset by it's over complicated design making it inconvenient it setup. However, customer service is excellent.

Like all the other Vikingstrength products I have used this is very well crafted and is very efficient for use almost anywhere you’re working out. Very affordable price too, I’ve never seen them charge ridiculous for any of their products.
