Great insoles! Less pain
I now own five pairs of these insoles—they have been worth every penny in giving me consistency for my gait and support across all of my daily footwear. They definitely align my feet, and I never have foot pain, even after long days. I mostly wear athletic shoes and work boots, and these insoles are inside every pair that I wear. Last week, I wore a single pair of sneakers to a business convention in Orlando and then followed up by two days at Disney World - so TONS of walking, and my feet were comfy and pain-free at the end of and beginning of each day. (I am thrilled that they now offer an option that might work with some sandals and dress shoes - I can't wait to try these because this brand has earned my trust and continued business.)

Great Product!
Fantastic Product! I bought one for another set of shoes and another as a gift and that person loves these!

Great support
Did indeed mold to my feet. My feet for sure hurt less at the end of the day but it wasn’t significant. They did however support my feet better while actively wearing them, I felt less fatigued. They aren’t the most durable, the fabric on the sole started to rip after about 3 months, and slight holes forming in the sole itself.

Best I’ve tried for pronation and overall comfort right out of the box
I have always had problems with pronation and have tried every type of cheaper insole as well as insoles sold by my podiatrist. The ones my podiatrist recommended are sold on Amazon and are good but they tend to be wider across the arch and will shift in my walking shoes. I’ve also tried the rigid arch supports (the expensive ones from a foot store) that have a sorbothane insole that you put on top of them. They were ok until I got older and they seem to affect the circulation in my legs because of the lack of flexion. I have some achy knees after my walks but not any severe pain. The Fulton insoles were comfortable right out of the box. I went for an hour walk and no problems. My knees feel great and they are feeling better the more these insoles break in. I didn’t even need the 10 hour break in period but everyone is different and has different foot issues. They fit in walking shoes and slip on Merrell jungle mocs. The one thing I will say is that they may run slightly smaller as I needed a 10 and I usually wear a 9 to 9-1/2 shoe. I read some reviews that indicated this before I ordered and I’m glad I sized up. I ordered a second pair of the athletic insoles so I’m anxious to try those.

Worth it!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've had flat feet for as long as I can remember. After walking for too long, my feet would hurt so bad, and no matter the inserts I'd purchase, they would just feel uncomfortable. I saw an ad for these on Instagram and purchased them in September 2024. It's now June 2025, and I'm still using the same inserts, and my feet have not hurt at all!! I combined these inserts with comfortable shoes and now I can walk without pain. Arch support: At first, you do have to break these inserts in and the process can be slightly painful but once they have molded to your feet they are a game changer! Durability: I am still using the same inserts months later and have felt they seem as good as new.

Custom Fit Over Time Makes a Huge Difference
At first they felt firm, but after wearing them through a busy week, the cork adapted perfectly to my arches. They’re great for both high and low arch support, and my joint pain has noticeably eased up.

Cork shoe inserts
Does not do what it claimed to do. My left foot still turned inward.

Cut around your worn out insole and you’re good to go
I understand the returns and frustration with fitting. I read the reviews and even the company website and went up a size. I have 9 USA Eur 42.5 27.5CM 8.5 UK Asolo boots that are great and I couldn’t find Lite 2 replacement insoles. I got the 9.5-10. If I hadn’t, my toes definitely would be hanging off the end of the insoles and getting blisters on the bottom of my toes. The insoles I bought would not fit inside my boots. I placed the Asolo insole on the top and cut around the side and top so now they fit perfectly. My boots are better than new at 1/8 the price of replacement. If I had not cut them, I would definitely have gotten blisters on the end and top of my toes. The pressure was terrible. They’re perfect now, but be forewarned. If you don’t have a template to cut to size, they wont fit. They’re supposed to not be cut, so hopefully they won’t go to pieces any time soon…
