Arrived quickly. Tracking item was superb was able to follow it to my address. Delivery men did a super job at getting into my flat. The machine was a very heavy model so we'll done. Was well packaged. It was easy to install following instruction on leaflets supplied. Like all the different programmes that are available and is energy efficient. Due to its size ( slightly deeper than my old machine but that was not a problem as we checked our sizes before ordering) washes duvets what a bonus. Tried a wash was very quiet. Looks lovely in the kitchen and pleased with the quality of the machine. We will not hesitate in ordering again in the future as it was a great price. Thank you

Fantastic washing machine I just got one of these and I love it! It's super easy to figure out, even for someone like me who hates reading manuals. My clothes come out clean every time, and it's pretty quiet too. It's a good size for a normal household, not too big or small. I've been using it for everyday laundry and haven't had a single issue. Honestly, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, reliable washing machine. It's just a fantastic machine overall. And very efficient and value for money with various programs

**UPDATED REVIEW** After less than 3 months the EF3 fault code kept coming up and then it started making a loud noise whenever it started spinning. Luckily Amazon collected the faulty washer and refunded me. I'm SO happy with this washer! I had a really expensive £800 Samsung washer that after 3 years had rusted completely internally inside the case due to a small leak. I bought this to replace it whilst I was waiting for Samsung to refund me. Samsung eventually gave me a new top spec replacement and straight away it was rubbish. It failed to spin constantly due to being unbalanced. Luckily I had kept this machine and so sent the new Samsung back and kept the AEG. The AEG has not only never refused to spin it is SO cheap to run! I have used a smart plug that monitors energy use. I use the cotton setting on cold and it only used 80Wh of energy! That's about a penny of electricity! Not only is it supremely efficient it is also really effective! Clothes always come out spotless on a cold wash. The app is easy to use and gives good control of the washer. The auto dose is SO much better than the Samsung's! Not only is the system better built than the Samsungs' system it's easier to refill because the lid is much bigger than the Samsungs' small circular opening meaning I no longer have to wipe up spills. It also has separate compartments to be able to use other liquids and fabric softeners - for example a stain removal booster etc. It is quiet when it's running and spinning and I can't fault it. There are only two things I would change. One is a very strange emission of a dedicated self clean programme like virtually every new washer. The second is the fact the 69 minute wash can't have the temperature lower than 30°C and I always wash on cold for better energy efficiency. I managed to get this for half price in a sale and it was astounding value. For the price of a cheaper Chinese Hisense I got a German AEG with top spec features and a 5 year warranty.

Very pleased so far. Pretty quiet. Good range of programmes. Very useful clock display that shows how long the programme has left. Delivery was just two days. Polite but quiet drivers. Two year warranty if you register the product.
