For the price, this home gym is well worth the $. However, missing nuts and bolts, poor quality controll.

I was very excited to order this gym, as I had an original total gym before that I really liked and used almost every day. But this one is a big disappointment! I have never had a chance to use it. It feels as if the company is trying to get rid of its faulty product by reducing the price significantly. All the screws and bolts were missing, not a big deal; we got them from a hardware store. The instruction is terrible and misleading. It is very hard to slide up and down, and the bench usually gets stuck on the top and keeps falling off the rail. We even paid someone to take a look. He loosened the wheels as much as possible, but it didn't help. He said the rails are too narrow or close to each other towards the top; therefore, the wheels get stuck. He would have to cut them off, adjust them so the wheels have room to roll, and weld them back. Basically, restructure the entire machine for $250. The seller is not responding to my emails or phone calls. I feel cheated, lied to, and completely ripped off! Shame on this company for selling their garbage to the public!!!! Amazon should not allow them to sell!!!

I have been enjoying using this machine. It is very heavy and sturdy and seems to be made of good materials, especially for the price. I am able to get a good workout and make my muscles nice and sore. However, the assembly instructions are the worst I have ever seen. I have put together many pieces of furniture and household items over the years and this was the first time I felt like maybe I wasn't going to be able to do it successfully. If you are someone who generally struggles with assembling things, I would not recommend buying this. It does come with hardware and 2 sheet metal wrenches (though I recommend a regular wrench and socket set if you have it). The parts are labeled by letter in the picture but then by the name (ex 55mm bolt) in the written instructions, so I repeatedly had to go back and forth to the hardware list to make sure you are using the right part and, in some cases, I think the instructions were just flat out incorrect about which part to use. No instructions whatsoever on assembling the pulley system. You have to use your brain a bit to be able to put it together. That said, I did manage it and am happy with it. It does make a little noise when going over one of the joints when sliding, but putting headphones on alleviates that. Adding resistance bands and adjusting the height (screw mechanism) does take a minute or 2, but I don't do either very often during my workout so not a big deal to me. Overall, I would purchase this again. There are things that could be improved, but for the price I am not bothered at all. The company should fix the issue with their instructions. Honestly, the biggest pain point of the entire product and it is such an easy thing to fix.

If I had paid $600+ (the cost of the leading brand name), I would given four stars, because the instructions were not good. However, I managed to assemble it correctly, and use it almost daily. It is a solid piece of equipment. I am 64 years old, and I don't have 2 hours to spend in the gym every day (or any day, actually). I happen to have a large amount of free weights (been working out all of my life), which I use on occasion to mix things up, but I get an excellent workout for all body parts with the Signature Fitness home gym. I did not think there would be enough resistance to do leg work, but the resistance bands that come with the unit add much more resistance, and the configuration would let one add more resistance bands (or heavier ones) if desired. It's not perfect, but the Signature Fitness home gym is an excellent value, that I would highly recommend.

The product seems well designed and engineered. But, the assembly instructions are very sketchy and parts in very fine print. One of 3 bolt holes in the footrest was driller in an incorrect position. The receiving tubes for the footrest are welded just enough too far apart for the footrest supports to fit into them. One foot strap was not included with the kit. I worked through these items and managed to assemble the equipment. There are no instructions on how to use the device or utilize the additional bands. Also, when I emailed product supplier, the response told me to contact Amazon for relief for missing items or to return the equipment. I did not want to return the item but will use it. The instruction on use can be deduced from a video on the Amazon site but it would be much better if the instructions were in printed form.

First time I’ve ever left a review on Amazon. That’s how mad I am. Don’t spend money or even waste your time on this product. It’s cheaply made and designed, missing nuts and bolts for assembly. The directions were the worst I have ever seen. Made in China crap. Can’t believe I fell for this scam. Seriously don’t waste your money or time.

I bought the "M700" model during Prime Days. It took 10 days to arrive. When it arrived, the bottom end of the package was broken open. I went to assemble the machine, and most of the hardware was missing. Did the hardware fall out or was it missed in the first place when packaged? I think it wasn't added in the forst place. I scrounged around for hardware in my garage, but I didn't have any metric sized bolts or nuts. I contacted "support" via email listed on the poorly written instruction manual, and got no response after a day. I ended up going to the hardware store and buying what I needed. I made it work. Typical Made in China quality control and support. It is frustrating to assemble, and forget the wrenches that come with it, get yourself a 14mm and 17mm wrench and socket, assembly goes much faster that way. The frustration is made even worse when most of the hardware is missing and there is no company support. Not worth the hassle or taking a chance. Other reviews mentioned the same thing about missing parts and pieces, you'd be better off finding another make and model and not hassling with it. It does work once assembled, but getting to the "assembled stage" is the problem.

Very happy ,,, this exercise machine by Chuck Norris is absolutely so heavy duty and well built. Love it
