I was pretty nervous to take apart my controller fearing I might not be able to put it back and have it functioning correctly, 1 YouTube video and 3hrs later the install was completed. The controller works great and I’m glad I purchased the paddles. if you’re debating or skeptical, you got this. If I can do it anybody can do it. It’s worth the buy.

Installation wasn't too bad, took about an hour. However had trouble with the last step. The back plate had this piece of plastic sticking out which I had to cut and file. Notice how it was sitting flush on one side and the side with this extra plastic wasn't fitting. Not sure if they accidentally sent a different models piece, but I got it working.

If honestly wasn’t hard to put together, they have a YouTube video showing you how to do it and the first half of the video isn’t any use to you if you don’t want to remap the L3, R3 or the touch pad you can do it with out using solder. It works it purpose pretty well I’m able to move a lot better playing warzone, there worth the it for the price if you just wanna add some back paddles to your plain controller

It worked well for a few months then started picking and choosing when it wanted to work as far as the paddles. Loved the back plate btw. Great gripe awesome colors. Then it fell flat not working. When reaching out to the tech team they instantly thought I installed it wrong. No their product is bad. I should have just bought an aftermarket controller. Don’t buy this upgrade for your current PS5 controller seeing the current company doesn’t care and it dies within 3-4 months. They blamed me. The circuit board is trash. “Applying pressure makes it work.” My issue was specifically. It will work great for a few months. Then it only worked when plugged in. Again when unplugged. Now not at all. I play COD everyday or DayZ or even simple as Fall guys on community nights with my favorite streamers. I took my controller apart many times to make sure I did it right. Their support made no difference or help. Blamed me the whole time. Hopefully that helps someone like me that watched YouTube videos looking for an easy upgrade. Beside buying a pro controller. Thanks guys. This is my 10 month review talking to tech support. Don’t buy it.

Easy installation etc highly recommend this piece for anyone who doesn’t want to pay the extra bread for a custom controller. Works great, user friendly, immediate performance boost as far as FPS games. Again, I highly recommend this product. Thank you

Shell itself is great. Bought several of the remap kits in the past for the ps4 but idk what happened. The ribbon while i was playing either snapped or got torn after a 6inch drop to carpet. After trying my best to repair it, it broke forever and i gave up on buying any replacement parts. I love the company and the products they produce, just sad that after a 6inch drop it pretty much ki**ed itself

A little tedious to install with those tiny azz screws but I’ve never done this before and I just followed along with the YouTube “how to” video and it was simple enough

Only lasted 7 months and the buttons are sticking bad.. has been cleaned and kept in a storage case when not used :(

This product is actually a W. Shame on Sony for taking ages to Create Official Back Paddles. But these are amazing, the quality is amazing the whole set up/installation process is easy but might seem little bit frustrating as you have to Open your whole controller. Trust me when i say it. This is a better and WAY cheaper investment than a Scuff controller. In the package you get everything needed with some extra screws. Overall the quality is Amazing. Feels amazing and the best part is its VERY responsiv u won't notice any delays.

J'ai acheté ce produit et l'ai installé en 1h ( en écoutant de la musique pour rester concentré) je ne bricole jamais mais les soudures à l'étain sont très simples a réaliser. J'ai pû la tester et c'est super fluide , merci j'ai économiser 200€ ^^
