I always go for the vanilla flavour because it mixes well with anything. I usually throw in a banana, a spoon of peanut butter and my creatine monohydrate, makes a solid shake before and after the gym. The taste is smooth, not chalky, and it doesn’t get sickly like some others do. I’ve noticed a genuine difference in energy, recovery, and muscle feel.
